Hello! I’m Austin, and I’m a UX writer and designer based in Los Angeles, CA.

After working in media for years as a journalist, actor, and musician, I’m familiar with the power of telling stories. My experience as a creative has helped me remember that at the heart of all of design work is empathy. With my training in UX writing and designing, I’m excited to help brands tell their stories and inspire loyal users. I’m looking to join a team of creative, inquisitive people who want to design products that make their users’ lives easier.

I have certificates in UX writing and UX/UI design from the UX Writer’s Collective and Springboard design bootcamp, respectively. As a long-form writer, I’ve also been published in print and online publications like Jacksonville Magazine, ScreenRant, Bedlam Magazine, The Ponte Vedra Recorder, 904 Magazine, and more. 

I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media writing from Taylor University.
